Fabrizio Walker (born January 27, 1987) is a Costa Rican singer and songwriter who draws upon elements of latino-american traditional song, soul, rock, reggae, bolero, calypso and rap.

In 2010 he joined the band Infibeat, a collective of musicians influenced by jazz, funk and caribbean sounds. In 2011 they recorded the EP “Infibeat”. After that, in 2013 they released “Aguacero” an LP with ten songs and winner of the Costa Rican Composers and Authors Association Award for Best Alternative Fusion Album.

In 2016 Fabrizio reconnected with his solo career and recorded the LP “La Cola del Pescado”, the album included very old songs mixed with new compositions. That same year, Infibeat started working with Elijah Brueggeman, musical producer of the American late-night program “Saturday Night Live”, with whom Infibeat recorded the albums “Ritmos Cimarrones Vol. I” (2016) and “Ritmos Cimarrones Vol. II” (2017) winner of the Costa Rican Composers and Authors Association Award for Best Latin Fusion Album. Next september Infibeat will release a new single with Brueggeman called “Todo está”.

Walker recorded his 2nd solo album “Leirundé” (2018) at the San Jose Spain Cultural Center on November 28th in just one day, with musicians playing live in the studio. Fabrizio described the album as an “introspective, nostalgic folk trip”.
On 2022 Fabrizio released the single “Nos damos la mano” soundtrack from his first short film co-directed with his partner Sol Pardo, opera prima for their audio and video company Párpado Video Arte.

Fabrizio Walker toured through Europe on 2019 and 2021, playing his music in Spain, Poland, France, Lithuania and Latvia. He has collaborated with europeans musicians like Basia Derlak, Monika Kowalczyk, Asia Nawojska, Janis Olekss, Marcis Vasilevskis, Damien Acordémon and many more. In this moment he is planning his next European Tour on Autumn 2023.
