„Inspiration“ und „Happy Gangstas“ in der Park-Kultur

Am 8. März beginnt die Ausstellung „Inspiration“ der persischen Künstlerin Asal Hemmatian. Die Vernissage beginnt ab 19 Uhr. der Eintritt ist frei. Der Gitarrist der Gruppe „Happy Gangstas“, Rolf Springer spielt zum Auftakt.

 “Asal Hemmatian” was born from Persian parents on December 1981 in Mashhad/Iran and has studied Art at “Ferdows University” in Mashhad/Iran. She gained her “Bachelors degree” in art.

   She started practicing Art and Painting in professional ateliers under the supervision of great mentors such as “Hadi Taghizadeh” and “Mohammad Modirzadeh” since she was 19, in her hometown.

Throughout her career, Asal has held 2 individual exhibitions in “Artin” and “Farzad” galleries and has participated in over 40 group exhibitions in Iran, Germany, Italy and Turkey such as:

Individual Exhibition, Artin Gallery, Mashhad, Iran on October 2014;
Individual Exhibition, Farzad Gallery; Mashhad, Iran on September 2018;
Group Exhibition, Fabriano, Italy on march 2018; Group Exhibition, D-Mitte, Iran avangard, Dusseldorf, Germany on march 2018; Group Exhibition, Lavisione art, Turkey, Istanbul On June 2018

Other activities to name are painting the column’s of the “Great Khorasan Museum” and the booth walls of the “International Exhibition Center” in Mashhad, Iran. Both executed on 2019.
She has won the First prize amongst the participants in “Ravand Gallery”, Mashhad, Iran and also acheived 2 Appreciation awards from 2 Festivals of photography in “Ravand gallery” and  “Fayazbakhsh Hospice”, Mashhad, Iran.
Additionally, “Photography” is another proffesional activity she is involved in. She has participated in 10 Photographic Group Exhibitions in Iran and 2 in Armenia on 2018 and 2019.

Rolf Springer (geb. 1967 in Düsseldorf) begann seine musikalische Reise im Alter von 9 Jahren mit Klavierunterricht. Mit 15 Jahren wechselte er zur Gitarre und spielte in seiner ersten Band. Bald folgte der Wohnortwechsel nach Berlin und nach zahlreichen Auftritten mit verschiedenen Bands und nach einer dreijährigen Ausbildung zum Holzblasinstrumentenbauer (gleichzeitiger Saxophonunterricht), entschloss er sich zu einem Studium der Jazz- und Rockgitarre an der Musikhochschule Rotterdam.

Seit seinem erfolgreichen Abschluss im Jahr 2000 spielt Rolf Springer in Düsseldorf, Köln und Berlin in verschieden Ensembles und Projekten. Zusammen mit Peter Thoms und Blasius Maltzahn gründet er im Jahr 2008 die Band THE HAPPY GANGSTAS.  Mehrere musikalische Reisen nach Brasilien und Kuba erweiterten sein Repertoire

Seit 2000 arbeitet er als Gitarrenlehrer und ist im musikpädagogischen Bereich für die Stadt Düsseldorf tätig.
